Jane Volfson is an Associate Attorney at The Wallace Firm who specializes in all personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, and dog bites. Ms. Volfson’s unique litigation style stems from her prior experience as an insurance defense attorney where she learned tricks of the trade that are invaluable in strategizing her cases as a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney. Ms. Volfson’s defense background gives her the tact to approach cases with an eye towards resolution, while fervently protecting the interests of her clients against corporations and insurance companies. Ms. Volfson’s greatest work satisfaction comes from not backing down and contributing to making clients whole again.
Ms. Volfson obtained her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, where she was a Wildman/Schumacher scholarship recipient. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Marc D. Gross in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Central District of California.
Ms. Volfson is fluent in Russian. During her spare time, Ms. Volfson enjoys finding creative ways to spend the weekend to make long-lasting memories for her immediate family.
