Mr. Burns prides himself on exhausting all resources, possibilities and efforts in order to achieve fair and successful results for his injured clients.
Thomas Burns is a Trial Attorney at The Wallace Firm, PC, where he specializes in personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, dog bites, and wrongful death cases. Although Thomas spent a year practicing insurance defense, which helped him gain valuable insight into how defense attorneys and adjusters analyze and litigate cases, Thomas has spent nearly all of this legal career representing individuals in personal injury and consumer protection matters. Thomas has litigated countless personal injury matters involving severe and catastrophic injuries that have resulted in six and seven-figure settlements.
Thomas attended the University of San Diego where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy. He then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA, where he was a recipient of the school’s “Creative Problem Solving” Scholarship. While in law school, Thomas interned at the Children’s Law Center of California, where he assisted in the representation of minors who had been detained from their parents for abuse or neglect. He also worked as a law clerk for a firm representing individuals in Americans with Disabilities Act claims.
Thomas resides in Westlake Village, CA with his wife. He enjoys spending time with his (very) large extended family, and cheering for the Lakers, Dodgers and Packers.
