Roger L. Wilkerson, III is an Associate Attorney with the Wallace Firm who specializes in personal injury matters and first party COVID-19 business interruption claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wilkerson worked at a prominent insurance defense firm, allowing him to understand how his cases are handled by the insurance industry.
In addition to earning his juris doctorate, Mr. Wilkerson has an LL.M., with a focus in Constitutional Law, from Southwestern Law School. In addition to his work at The Wallace Firm, he is a lecturer and coach for Southwestern Law School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program. A former EMT and Los Angeles County Ocean Lifeguard, Mr. Wilkerson utilizes his longstanding experience with helping others to provide justice for his clients under the law.
While attending Southwestern Law School, Roger Wilkerson, III was a Board Member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, the Black Law Student Association, and the Student Bar Association. In addition, he won several awards including first place in the CACJ National Trial Competition and Best Advocate in the Joseph Esposito & Bill Seki Trial Advocacy Competition.
